• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and basic analytics.
• Lead data — contact details of leads generated through your campaigns, processed on your behalf.

• To create, schedule and publish content to your connected accounts.
• To create and manage advertising campaigns and capture leads.
• To generate content using AI (see “Third-party services” below).
• To provide analytics, reporting and customer support.
• To improve our Services and ensure security.
• To send you service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications.

We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Services:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — for publishing, advertising and messaging, governed by Meta’s terms and policies.
• Google Cloud / Vertex AI — to generate text, captions and images (Gemini and Imagen models). Content you submit for generation is processed by Google under its terms.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your data is stored on secured Google Cloud infrastructure. Access tokens are stored with restricted access and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”). We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

• Withdraw consent and disconnect your Meta accounts at any time.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
