Terms of Service

CoworkAds provides AI-assisted social-media management, content creation, advertising campaign management, WhatsApp messaging and analytics for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts that you connect.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose accounts you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access credentials secure.

By connecting your Meta accounts you authorize us to publish content, manage campaigns and access insights and lead data on your behalf, via the official Meta APIs. You may revoke this access at any time through Meta or by contacting us. You remain the owner of your accounts and content.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing or adult content.
• Violate Meta’s or Google’s platform policies or advertising standards.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law (including WhatsApp policy).
• Infringe third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You are responsible for the content and offers you ask us to promote.

Content generated using AI (captions, images, ad copy) is provided to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate and compliant. AI output may occasionally contain errors.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Advertising budgets are separate and paid to Meta. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We apply best practices and optimize continuously, but we do not guarantee specific results such as a number of leads, sales, followers, reach or return on ad spend. Platform algorithms and outcomes are outside our control.

You retain ownership of your brand assets and the content created for you. We retain ownership of our platform, software and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to use your assets solely to provide the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoworkAds and RTechAILabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with platform policies or law. You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
